Proposals
Introduction
Section titled “Introduction”The Proposals tab is where vault decisions are made.
Every action that affects a vault begins as a proposal.
Rather than allowing a single member to immediately change treasury settings or move funds, Privacy Pump uses an approval process that gives vault members visibility and control over important actions.
This creates accountability and helps protect treasury assets.
What Is A Proposal?
Section titled “What Is A Proposal?”A proposal is a request to perform an action inside a vault.
Examples include:
- Sending treasury funds
- Protected withdrawals
- Adding members
- Removing members
- Updating thresholds
- Changing vault settings
A proposal must receive the required approvals before it can be executed.

requires three approvals before execution becomes available.
Private Approval Infrastructure
Section titled “Private Approval Infrastructure”Privacy Pump is designed around the principle that governance should not require unnecessary public exposure.
The platform incorporates privacy-focused infrastructure around proposal management while maintaining a familiar approval workflow.
Members continue to interact with proposals through a simple interface while the platform handles privacy-related processes behind the scenes.

Execution performs the requested action.
Examples:
- Transfer funds
- Update vault membership
- Change thresholds
- Modify vault settings
Execution is the final step in the proposal lifecycle.
Proposal History

This creates transparency and accountability inside the vault.
